I really enjoyed its excellent rooms.
The staff was amazing and outstanding, so I would use them next time. The hotel had plentiful and incredibly nice breakfasts with good scrambled eggs and waffles and sausage. The venue had a central position close enough to restaurants and bars as well as two bus stops, walmart, CVS, eateries and gas station.

The double room we stayed in was super clean and newly renovated. Beds were really comfy and the pillows were perfect for different sleeping styles. Breakfast was fresh and well-maintained, a nice start to the day. Plus, the location is close to restaurants and Penn State, a win!

The staff showed really good friendliness. The spacious room was a highlight, providing ample space for our needs. One bed's sheets appeared unclean, affecting our first night, and the room's noisy refrigerator disturbed our sleep. Despite these issues, the convenient location and decent breakfast offerings, including a good variety of food, were appreciated.
